The hotel had its ups and downs. Despite some challenges, it offered cooperative service and a splendid dining experience. The location was a mix of advantages and drawbacks, making it a bit offbeat for tourists.

The hotel was great in all respects. The rooms were comfortable and one of the best I have ever stayed in for this category. However, the service at reception, especially from Vaibhavi, was not up to the required mark of a branded 5-star chain. On the bright side, the service was excellent and really professional. The location, while close to my meeting, was not ideal due to the small sitting area not meeting 5-star standard. On the positive side, on-demand requests were fulfilled quickly and efficiently. The dining experience, especially during breakfast, was excellent with a wide array of options. Regarding facilities, there were some issues with the sitting area not being up to par for a 5-star hotel. The amenities were good overall.

Upon arrival, the room was not ready, which was a bit of a downside, but after a wait of one and a half hours, I found the rooms to be clean and very comfortable. The staff were really cooperative and took feedback regarding the facilities and food taste. They were also very helpful and kind throughout my stay.

The hotel had some positives like being flexible with requests and offering kind service, but the room I got was disappointing, small, and gave me a headache. The location wasn't ideal for tourists and lacked sitting areas; however, the dining experience was enjoyable.
